DirectoLink provides private, end-to-end encrypted messaging and personal/business profile pages. Access may be invitation-only and certain features may require a paid tier.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and able to form a binding agreement to use DirectoLink.
You agree not to use DirectoLink to:
You own the content you create. You grant DirectoLink the limited rights needed to host, transmit, and display your content to deliver the service (for example, showing your public profile to visitors).
You may delete your account at any time from Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that create risk for other users or the service.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DirectoLink and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We may update these terms; material changes are reflected by the effective date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
